Our vision is quite simple but to this point completely absent to the Chicagoland culinary market. We would like for all of the chefs that we service to also have access to the experience of knowing and working with their food not just from kitchen to plate, but from earth to plate. Our business would be an open house for chefs to constantly visit and explore in order to gain inspiration and become intimately connected to the sourcing of their fine ingredients. While I, Mike Murphy, am currently growing many of the products that our customer base loves, there is a tremendous need now for volume quality and efficiency. For this to become a reality I have taken on Kiarnan as my business partner to address the quality and efficiency problems. To be able to grow and nurture the highest quality plants in the quantities that we will require we will need state of the art resources and technologies which are currently being installed. Our customer base is already in place and incredibly anxious for our progression. We have complete confidence in our abilities to grow and maintain our necessary product lines to service our customer base meeting and exceeding their expectations.
